About Me

Inspired by a meaningful purpose | Ambition to become a Collector

Hello, it's Anushka Bhor, and I'm super excited to share my journey with you – a journey that's all about turning dreams into reality, overcoming challenges, and spreading positivity like confetti!

My name, Anushka, means 'Ray Of Light,' and that's exactly what I want to be in this world. Inspired by the dream my late father had for me, I've set my sights on becoming a Collector, and nothing is going to stop me.

Right now, I'm diving into the world of 11th-grade Science at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Ambernath. Born on February 22nd, my life took a turn when we lost my amazing dad, Mr. Abhay Bhor. He was a skilled mechanical engineer, and his journey was cut short by a sudden heart attack during Diwali 2016. It left our world shattered, but guess what? We rose from the ashes like superheroes.

In the face of adversity, my superhero mom stepped up big time. She became the pillar of strength for our family, taking on the responsibility of our well-being. With a dream to become an educator, she faced challenges head-on, earned her qualifications, and landed a teaching position in a ZP school in Ulhasnagar.

Those days were no walk in the park for me. I became a superhero in my own right, juggling responsibilities as a caregiver for my awesome younger brother, Aarush, managing school tasks, and handling household chores. Life threw its curveballs, but I learned to hit them out of the park. My mom, the queen of discipline, made changes to our routine, making sure my brother and I could leave and return home together. She taught us the values of orderliness and cleanliness, and her focus on my brother's education has been nothing short of legendary.

So, join me on this rollercoaster of an educational journey as I work my magic to turn dreams into reality and sprinkle positivity wherever I go. Let's light up the path ahead together and create a legacy that's as bright as the sun! Are you ready? Let's do this!

  • Welcome, dear reader, to my blog! I wanted to take a moment to reflect on a significant experience from my past that still holds a special place in my heart. Back when I was in 3rd grade at Pratibha International School in Pune, I had the incredible opportunity to participate in our school function, where I had the honor of portraying Putlibai, the mother of Mahatma Gandhi.

Looking back, it's amazing to see how much that experience shaped my understanding of history and the power of storytelling. Playing Putlibai wasn't just about memorizing lines and dressing up in a costume; it was about stepping into the shoes of a remarkable woman who played a crucial role in shaping one of the greatest leaders of our time.

I can appreciate the depth of Putlibai's character and the significance of her influence on Gandhi's principles of truth and nonviolence. Back then, I may not have fully grasped the magnitude of her sacrifices and contributions, but I approached the role with enthusiasm and a desire to do justice to her legacy.

Preparing for the role required research, dedication, and a willingness to immerse myself in Putlibai's world. I wanted to understand her motivations, her struggles, and the love she had for her son. Through rehearsals and discussions with my teachers at Pratibha International School, I gained a deeper appreciation for the complexities of her character and the historical context in which she lived.

Stepping onto the stage on the day of the performance was both nerve-wracking and exhilarating. I remember feeling a sense of responsibility to portray Putlibai with authenticity and respect. As I delivered my lines and interacted with the other characters, I felt a connection to her story and the values she stood for.

Looking back, I realize how much that experience taught me about empathy, teamwork, and the importance of honoring our history. It's incredible how a role in a school function can leave a lasting impact and shape our perspective on the world around us.

As I continue my journey through high school, I carry with me the lessons I learned from playing Putlibai. Her story reminds me of the power of love, resilience, and the belief that one person can make a difference in the world.

Thank you for taking the time to read about my experience. Here's to the memories we make and the lessons we learn along the way.

  • Hey everyone! Guess what? I made it onto the 51st National and Regional Kabaddi Team! Can you believe it? All those hours of practice finally paid off! But you know what's even cooler? We won the whole thing at the national level!

When we took home that victory, it felt like a dream come true. I was buzzing with excitement! Knowing that our hard work had paid off in the form of a big, shiny national title was just incredible.

What made it even sweeter was where it all happened – my first solo trip to Jammu & Kashmir. While I was exploring the beauty of that place, my family was off on their own adventure in Balaji. I kinda missed out on that, but it turned out to be an amazing journey anyway.

When I shared the news with my family, especially my mom, it was the best feeling ever. She's been my biggest supporter throughout this whole kabaddi journey. I'll never forget the sacrifices she made, like standing in line for Balaji darshan for fourteen hours straight on the day of our victory. That's some serious dedication, right?

Seeing her face light up when she heard the news was priceless. It showed me the incredible power of love and support from family.

This whole experience taught me so much about never giving up and the importance of having people who believe in you. As I keep chasing my dreams in kabaddi and beyond, I'll always remember the joy of that victory and the love that got me there.

  • Hey everyone! Guess what? I've got some seriously awesome news to share – I made it to the top 1.5% in India for my 10th-grade journey! This accomplishment fills me with immense pride and gratitude, and I am eager to recount the journey that led me here.

Yet, Every obstacle encountered along the way served as a proof to the power of resilience and determination Today, as I reflect on this achievement, I am reminded that with diligence and commitment, even the loftiest aspirations can be realized.
